What's a Doodle?
Cheese Doodles are Summit Pizza Co's world famous creation. We roll up our addictive garlic butter and pure Wisconsin mozzarella into fresh made dough then cook each doodle to perfection.
Paired with our house-made ranch or marinara, there's nothing as addictive as a cheese or specialty cheddar jalapeño doodle.
Dessert Doodles are recent sweet treat creations. From our sweet cinnamon cream cheese filling to tart raspberry to Oreo and cream cheese frosting, there's a Dessert Doodle for every kind of sweet tooth.

Our 10" cauliflower crust is the perfect gluten-free and keto-friendly option. Any of our pizzas can be made on this crispy crust. Our alfredo sauce and meatballs contain gluten, but they can be taken off or swapped on any pizza to make it gluten free.

Crustless Pizza Bowls
